Conrail LV Transfer, 6-27-97

6/27/97: A Dash 8-40CW and a GP40 with (what looks like) extended range dynamic brakes; on an inbound to Cicero Yard transfer. Typically the let out cars in the yard then pull out past Ridgeland Avenue at LaVergne, annoy all the drivers, then back into the yard on another track... At least that's how it worked until BNSF removed the hump and concreted over a major portion of the yard. At least that's how it worked when there was a Conrail...
