CR 3189 BN CiceroYard 12-87

12/87: A Conrail transfer behind three GP40(-2s) (3189-3368-3375) sits at the west end of Cicero Yard. Today Conrail of course is but a memory and an ugly chain-link fence blocks the view here. But in 1987 life was good! Sorry about the murky quality, it was a humid foggy snowmelt kind of day.
