BNSF Cicero Ave, 4-2-97

4/02/97: Old and new, everything shall have an ending as a new paradigm takes shape... The new BNSF Dash9-44CW (now so commonplace) leads BN SD40-2 7130 on an east bound stack train. The old; an SD9 and caboose in the distance and the steel (very cool) Ogden Avenue Bridge is coming down, slowly being dismantled...Now one can still see (patched) cascade green SD40-2s at this location performing the duties of the SD9 sans caboose of course! And the Dash9-44CWs are omnipresent.
